This multipurpose room is built on the rooftop of an existing building, adjacent to the main sanctuary. With about 80% of the room being surrounded by glass, a key element to the success of the room is flexibility. TechArts designed in full connectivity for panels on three different sides of the room. This also presented a challenge for infrastructure as we worked closely with electricians and other trades to completely conceal extensive AVL conduit in the unique, wood-finished ceiling. To insure that the facility is used to the fullest, we implemented an extensive Extron control system designed for ease-of-use to both novice and pro. Integrating both stage-side and distributed L Acoustics products accommodated each orientation with incredible sound quality and ease through the use of controlled processing. Video is also completely controlled by the Extron system for use as presentation, or full production video switching and streaming. Whether used for meetings, presentations, overflow, or a full worship band broadcast, this venue is fully equipped for the future.
